Have obtained one (1) of the English Language Proficiency qualification with a minimum score as stated below:
- MUET Band 3; OR
- IELTS Band 5.5 (With Speaking 5.0 and Listening 5.0); OR
- TOEFL Score 500 (PBT)/60 (IBT)/176 (CBT); OR
- Pearson (PTE) 42; OR
- CIEP Level 109 ( Speaking – B, Listening - B)
AND
Pass an interview that will be conducted for candidates who obtained a minimum score of the English Language Proficiency qualification.
