About Executive Development Unit

Established in 2013 as the Executive Development and Industry Linkages (EDIL) unit, this initiative has been instrumental in bridging academic expertise with industry needs. In 2025, it was rebranded as the Executive Development Unit (EDU) and now operates under the Dean’s Office, reflecting its strategic importance and broadened role in advancing leadership, executive education, and industry engagement.

EDU is supported by a team of around 100 highly qualified experts in the fields of Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, and Finance. The unit is dedicated to designing and delivering impactful executive programmes that emphasize integrity, innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

At its core, EDU is committed to understanding the evolving needs of professionals and industries—translating those needs into high-quality, customized learning experiences while cultivating strong, purposeful partnerships across the public and private sectors.
