The School of Business and Economics (SBE), Universiti Putra Malaysia, hosted the Hooding Ceremony and Graduation Night for the 2023/2024 session on December 3rd 2024 —an evening filled with gratitude, joy, and pride. This special occasion was dedicated to honoring the remarkable achievements of our Master’s and PhD graduates, marking the culmination of their academic journey.

At the heart of the celebration was the hooding tradition, a symbolic gesture where graduates were hooded by their academic supervisors. This meaningful act represented the completion of their studies and the strong bond formed between students and supervisors throughout years of mentorship, guidance, and shared dedication to academic excellence.

The ceremony commenced with an inspiring welcoming address by the Dean of SBE, setting the tone for an evening of heartfelt moments. Graduates, surrounded by their families, friends, and faculty members, celebrated this milestone with a mix of pride, emotion, and joy. The atmosphere was further enlivened by the presentation of prestigious awards to exceptional graduates:
