On 21 February 2025, the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia (SBE UPM) is committed to delivering high-quality, globally relevant postgraduate education. In line with this commitment, we were honoured to welcome Professor Dr. Zhou Jiang from RMIT University, Australia, as the External Assessor for our Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme.

During his visit to SBE UPM, Prof. Zhou conducted a thorough and independent review of the MBA programme, covering key areas such as curriculum design, teaching and learning approaches, assessment strategies, and the overall student experience. His visit also included engagement sessions with academic staff, students, and programme administrators to gather insights and provide constructive feedback.

As a highly respected academic with extensive international experience in business education, Prof. Zhou’s evaluation and recommendations offer valuable perspectives that will help strengthen the academic rigour, industry relevance, and global competitiveness of the MBA programme at SBE UPM.

His input plays an instrumental role in supporting continuous quality enhancement and ensuring our MBA graduates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in an increasingly complex and interconnected business world.
