Facilities Booking

Room & Equipment Reservation The School of Business and Economics (SBE), UPM provides designated facilities and equipment for use by members of the SBE community as well as external parties, including agencies, private companies, and members of the public.

General Guidelines:

Applications must be submitted at least three (3) working days before the intended date of use.

Late submissions will only be considered at the discretion of the Person-in-Charge (PB).

Bookings may only proceed upon receiving formal approval.

External Requests: Requests from external agencies, private companies, or members of the public must be submitted via email to reservation.sbe@upm.edu.my. Upon approval, bookings may proceed and applicants must liaise with the designated PIC: - PIC: Miss Aliya (03-9769 5342)

All users of SBE UPM facilities and equipment are expected to comply with these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in denial of future bookings.
