Dr. Jaemun Byun is an associate professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Sejong University, South Korea. In 2022, QS ranked Sejong Univiersity as No. 1 in hospitality and tourism management program in Korea. Dr. Jaemun Byun is interested in academic and practical research of digital transformation, destination marketing, aging of tourists, and service failure in hospitality and tourism. He used to work as management consultant and project finance manager before he started his academic career. In Sejong University, he also used to be in charge of multiple responsibities such as global program for international students and innovative teaching methods.
