Towards Gaining EQUIS Accreditation

The European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) is a comprehensive institutional accreditation system by the European Federation of Management Development (EFMD) for business and management schools. 

EQUIS is a standard that strongly focuses on the corporate link, internationalisation and high contribution towards the community. A measure that we have vigorously acted to achieve.

The steps to acquire EQUIS accreditation are similar to AACSB accreditation. The proposed justification for EQUIS Accreditation is based on the followings: 

1. The Accreditation Unit in SPE is still in its best momentum to continue obtaining EQUIS accreditation after successfully obtaining AACSB accreditation.
2. Aspects emphasised by EQUIS accreditation are internationalisation and corporate linkages.
3. Strengthen international recognition of the quality of business schools in UPM.
4. Increase the aspect of internationalisation in line with UPM's vision.
