Uzbekistan, 4th of March 2024 - Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) through the School of Business and Economics (SPE) continues to step forward in efforts to increase international cooperation in the field of Education and Research by conducting collaborative discussions with the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan.
A delegation from the School of Business and Economics, UPM (SPE UPM) represented by Prof. Dr. Bany Ariffin Amin Noordin (Dean of SPE) with Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Anuar Shah Bali Mahomed (Deputy Dean of Graduate Studies) together with Mukhtor Umarov (Chairman of the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan), Oybek Batirov (Head of the EduJob Platform) and Dr. Hayot Saydaliev (Escort) was involved in the discussion.
Among the suggested collaborations include executive programs, consulting projects, and idea sharing strategies. In the implementation of executive programs, both institutions are committed to providing learning and development opportunities to students and professionals in economics and other fields. Meanwhile, through collaboration in consulting projects, UPM and the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan will leverage their respective expertise and experience to achieve innovative results and have a positive impact. The strategic cooperation of sharing ideas, especially through online platforms, becomes the basis for both entities to actively share ideas and methods.
These discussions reflect the determination of both parties to build a strong relationship in education and economy, as well as pursue innovation through knowledge sharing. With the various initiatives announced, it is expected that this collaboration will bring great benefits to both institutions, opening the door to cross-cultural learning and overall improvement in the global economy.
