Serdang, Sept 11 - In the spirit of national love, the staff of the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEP) created giant size flag using wooden blocks.

The giant flag uses 2000 screws, 42-meter iron brackets and 1520 used wooden blocks obtained from excess DKEP 1 ceilings and is in the process of being repaired.

The idea of creating a giant flag with lots of wooden blocks used was triggered by FEP own innovation group.

In addition, to express their love for the country, it can foster recycling to protect the environment.

With the theme of the slogan 'Ihsan Semarak Perpaduan', the giant flag was placed in front of the building block A, FEP. The project took about a week and received the cooperation of the staff and only spent RM250 to purchase additional materials.
